Emerald City Sustainability

Every purchase inside Emerald City is driving real world protection of the Amazon rainforest. Working with indigenous Amazonian tribes, some funds from every purchase inside Emerald City are invested in on-the-ground reforestation and protection initiatives with real people working to protect the Amazon.

Through this initiative Emerald City’s ambition is to convert over 10,000 hectares of degraded and destroyed land back into rainforest through tree planting and land restoration initiatives with partner tribes.

As such, Emerald City enters the world as a carbon positive project, with a planned 100 to 1 return on carbon – for every unit of carbon consumed by the project, it will return 100 units of carbon restoration to the planet!
